Each set of aligners is designed to be worn for two weeks before the patient switches to the next set in the series. This means that they must be removed for all meals and snacks, and the patient must be mindful not to leave them off their teeth for too long. It\u2019s best to store the aligners in a case when not wearing them so they don\u2019t get lost.
